  • 5 ml corn starch
  • 2 ml salt
  • Chili powder to taste
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 scallion
  • 400 gm raw shelled prawns
  • 5 ml oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In the EZ Shaker, add coconut milk, corn starch, salt and chili powder. Shake to combine.

  2. If using, chop garlic and scallion using the Herb Chopper then combine with the prawns.

  3. Heat oil in the Universal Cookware 24 cm Frypan (with coating or stainless steel) on high heat.

  4. Sear prawns for 20 sec. on each side.

  5. Lower the heat to medium, add contents of the EZ Shaker and allow to cook without cover for 2 min., stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
